Early Bird Fees (till 2nd of August 2018)
  • 80 € for Students
  • 100 € for Post-Docs/Research Assistants/Technicians
  • 120 € for Others (e.g. PIs etc.)
Regular registration fees (from 3rd of August 2018 on)
  • 100 € for Students
  • 125 € for Post-Docs/Research Assistants/Technicians
  • 150 € for Others (e.g. PIs etc.)

Dates for applications and registrations

29th of June 2018 by 23:59 UTC+1 Abstract submission deadline for oral presentations (see below for posters)
6th of July 2018 Confirmations of successful applications will be sent out by e-mail
6th of July 2018 Early bird registration will open for confirmed applicants (80/100/120 €)
20th of July 2018 Early bird registration will open for everyone
3rd of August 2018 Early bird fees will turn into regular registration fees (100/125/150 €)
31st of August 2018 Abstract submission deadline for poster presentations (may be extended if spots are still available)
15th of September 2018 Registration will close
